Public Offer

1. General provisions

• 1.1. This document is a public offer.
• 1.2. Acceptance means booking a service via the website or messengers.

2. Subject of the agreement

• 2.1. The Service Provider organizes excursions and transfers.
• 2.2. Services and prices are published on dv-tours.com.

3. Booking and payment

• The Customer submits a booking request.
• The Provider confirms availability and details.
• For both group and VIP/private versions of Da Lat One Day, Northern Islands, Phan Rang with Capybaras, City Tour + Mini Cruise, and Ba Ho + Doc Let, a mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total booking price applies regardless of party size.
• Phu Yen Province can be booked free of charge; payment is made to the guide on the day in cash (USD or VND) or by an available bank transfer.
• For these tours, advance payment opens 7 calendar days before departure. If a booking is placed less than 7 days before departure, advance payment is requested immediately.
• For the two-day Da Nang and Da Lat tours, a mandatory deposit of USD 50 per guest applies. For Da Nang it is used to purchase bus tickets; for Da Lat it is used to book the hotel. The Da Lat deposit is non-refundable if the Customer cancels; for Da Nang, the corresponding amount becomes non-refundable once non-refundable bus tickets have been purchased. The remaining balance is paid to the guide during the tour. The deposit opens 7 calendar days before departure and is requested immediately for bookings placed within 7 days of departure.
• The Diving and Snorkeling tour is booked with mandatory full advance payment of 100%, requested after the required passport details and equipment-sizing information have been received: fin size and, for diving participants, height and weight. If no more than 3 calendar days remain before departure, the payment request opens after the instructor confirms availability.
• For the Southern Islands tour, mandatory full advance payment of 100% of the total price opens after the required passport details have been received.
• After a separate advance-payment notice, the Customer has 24 hours to pay. If payment is not received within that period, the Provider may cancel the booking and release the places.
• A booking entered by the Provider's staff or an authorized agent no more than 3 calendar days before departure is exempt from automatic advance payment.
• Once the required advance payment has been received, the Customer does not need to reconfirm participation. The Provider sends an informational notice and provides the exact departure or meeting time no later than one day before the tour.
• The remaining balance is paid by the method and deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Due to preparation, these rules apply:

• More than 24 hours: full refund of prepayment minus fees.
• If non-refundable hotels, bus tickets, or flight tickets have already been purchased for the booking, the deposit for that booking is not refundable.
• Less than 24 hours: prepayment is retained.
• No-show: service is considered provided.

5. VinWonders tickets

VinWonders tickets follow the supplier's separate ticket policy:

• VinWonders tickets are issued for the selected visit date after payment and confirmation by VinWonders.
• Once issued, a VinWonders ticket is non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-changeable: date, tariff, guest count and transfer to another order cannot be changed unless VinWonders explicitly approves otherwise.
• The Buyer confirms this condition with a separate checkbox before placing a ticket order.

6. Rights and obligations

• The Provider ensures service quality and safety.
• The Customer must arrive on time and follow guide instructions.

7. Force majeure

• Parties are not liable for force majeure.
• Unsafe weather may lead to rescheduling or refund.

8. Dispute resolution

• Disputes are resolved by negotiation; claims via email.
