1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information:

• Personal data: name, phone, email you provide when booking or contacting us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access time, referral source, analytics cookies and advertising identifiers (Meta, Google) unless you switched advertising off in the cookie settings.

2. How we use information

Collected information is used to:

• Process and confirm tour bookings.
• Contact you via messengers to clarify trip details.
• Send important updates about your orders.
• Improve the quality of service and the Site.
• Measure advertising and paid-order performance unless you switched advertising cookies off.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data, except:

• Trusted partners (guides, transport) who keep it confidential.
• Analytics and advertising providers, including Yandex, Google, and Meta, as required to provide those services. Unless advertising is switched off in the cookie settings, Meta may receive advertising identifiers, hashed contact data, and a paid-order event containing our profit value.
• Cases required by law.

8. The Vanya Adventure app for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude)

Our app connects AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to our tour catalog through the server at https://dv-tours.com/mcp. It only reads public information: tours, availability, prices and links to tour pages. It does not create bookings and does not take payments.

• What the app receives. Only the search parameters the assistant sends: destination, travel date, number of adults and children, children’s ages, budget, tour, tour format and answer language. We do not ask for or receive your name, phone number, email, passport or payment details, your location or your chat history.
• Why. To find matching tours, check availability, calculate the price exactly as our website does and build a link to the tour page.
• Usage statistics. For each request we record which tool was used, the type of assistant (for example ChatGPT or Claude) and the tour or region concerned. The text of your question and the details of your party are not stored. These records are deleted after 12 months.
• Technical logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address of the assistant’s server, time, client name) for security and abuse prevention for up to 15 days. The IP address is also used in hashed form for up to one hour to limit the request rate.
• Booking links. Links to tour pages carry tags (utm_source, utm_medium=mcp) so we can see that the visit came from the app. If you book on dv-tours.com, the rest of this policy applies to the data you enter there.
• Recipients. We do not sell or share this data. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, Singapore) and our content delivery provider. The conversation itself is processed by the AI assistant’s provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under its own privacy policy.
• Your choices. You can disconnect the app in your assistant’s settings at any time. For questions or deletion requests, write to the email below.
