The ticket is valid only on the selected date: the cable car, Aquatopia and Exotica Park are used on the same day. After issue, the QR voucher appears in your client portal — board the cable car with it.

What does the ticket include?
Round-trip Hon Thom cable car, Aquatopia Water Park and Exotica Park admission, Kiss Bridge access and one drink coupon. Kiss of the Sea and Symphony of the Sea shows, transfer and personal expenses are not included.
When can I board the cable car?
Boarding with the voucher in two windows: 09:00–11:30 and 13:30–17:00.
Can I use the ticket on another day?
No. The ticket is valid only on the selected date; the cable car, Aquatopia and Exotica Park are used on the same day.
Which ticket does a child need?
Children up to 99 cm enter free, 100–139 cm need a child ticket, from 140 cm an adult ticket. Beer is served only to guests 18+.
Where is the cable car station?
Hon Thom Departure Terminal, Bai Dat Do, An Thoi, southern Phu Quoc. Transfer is not included; see the map below.
How do I receive the ticket?
After issue, the QR voucher appears in your client portal and we send a notification. Show the QR when boarding the cable car.
Can I cancel or refund the ticket?
No. After issue, the ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved to another date.
