Where can I leave personal belongings during the lesson and do you have a shower?
We have a storage room that is locked with a key and also has video surveillance. Your belongings will be safe. There is a shower and toilet on the school grounds. You can also change clothes there.
Is the transfer to school (Bai Dai Beach) included in the price of the surf course?
Yes, we pick up students from their hotels and bring them to Bai Zai Beach for surfing. We also return students to their hotels and guest houses after surfing. If your hotel or guesthouse is located outside of Nha Trang, we can still provide transfers at a cost based on location.
Is all surf equipment included in the price?
Yes, our school provides all surfing equipment as part of the lesson or rental price.
Can I travel with my friend or family member to a surf lesson using your vehicle?
Yes, subject to an additional transport fee of VND 250,000 per person. This fee covers the cost of transporting an additional person. Please understand that our transfer service is a third party service provider, so we are unable to provide free transfers for non-surfing friends and family members.
When can I pay for my surfing course?
You can pay for your surfing course in cash on the day of the surf lesson, or you can pay for lessons in advance, to do this, contact the administrator.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in the following currencies: Vietnamese dong and US dollars and wire transfers from Russia. Contact the administrator if another payment method is convenient for you.
Can I use the board after my surf lesson?
Yes, you can rent a board for an additional fee after your surf lesson. (please check our equipment rental prices).
Can surfing times be adjusted to fit my schedule?
The best time for a surf lesson will be determined based on the day's tide and wave conditions. For beginners, this ensures maximum safety and allows instructors to provide the most enjoyable surfing experience.nWe can adjust the time of your individual lesson based on your needs.
How far will I progress if I take a group surf class course?
For those who have never surfed before, the first day of your beginner course will be dedicated to learning how to ride foam waves. The course will cover basic surfing skills including safe handling of a surfboard in the ocean, sitting technique, jumping on the board, basic safety and ocean knowledge (channels, currents, etc.).nnIn the following days, when you surf with us, the instructors will tell you about the theory and techniques that suit your surfing level. In addition to riding white waves, our instructors can expand your surfing capabilities to teach you how to identify good waves and peak wave locations, how to catch waves independently, how to turn both ways on a surfboard, and how to increase and control your speed while riding waves.nnOn the practical side, each student progresses at their own pace and the instructor will base each student's specific level and ability on the circumstances. Each student's progress will vary depending on their individual abilities and the surf conditions they encounter during the course.
Is it possible to get injured during exercise?
We conduct classes in a proven, safe place and devote sufficient time to safety instructions. For control, we take verbal confirmation of completion and understanding of the safety briefing. We also have a first aid kit. Moreover, our staff are trained in first aid.nnThe beach is constantly monitored by lifeguards, and the instructor constantly monitors his group. According to statistics, the risk of injury in surfing is no greater than in football.
What else is included in the price of surfing courses?
For surfing course students, the school provides free lycra, a bottle of water, and sun protection.
