Is the price per person or for the complete package?

What exactly is included?
The package includes a 2 days and 1 night stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay, two-day VinWonders e-tickets for 2 guests, return cable car travel for 2 guests, and the meal plan stated by the selected rate. Any separate fees appear before payment.
How is availability checked for my dates?
After dates, guests and residency are selected, current rooms and rates are retrieved directly from hotel inventory. The chosen room is checked once more before checkout so availability and price remain current.
How do I receive tickets, and is Face ID required?
Face ID is not required. After the hotel is confirmed, e-tickets are issued automatically when the selected rate permits and appear as a separate button in the client portal. They are valid on Aug 24, 2026 and the following day.
Are the tickets really valid for two days?
Yes. E-tickets are valid on arrival day (Aug 24, 2026) and the following day. A longer hotel stay does not extend the park tickets beyond those two days.
Which tickets are issued for children?
VinWonders ticket categories are based on height: under 100 cm is free, 100–140 cm inclusive uses a child ticket, and over 140 cm uses an adult ticket. The child’s age is still required because the hotel needs it to price the stay.
Are meals included?
Meals depend on the selected rate: room-only, breakfast and other plans may be available. The exact plan is shown on the room card before payment.
How do I get there and what is needed for check-in?
This is a self-guided trip; a guide and transfer from your hotel are not included. On day one, you may arrive at mainland reception from 8:00, register with passports and voucher, leave luggage for delivery to your room or villa and go straight to the park. The room is available from 15:00. On day two, check out by 12:00 and leave luggage at hotel reception. It will be delivered to mainland reception for collection after the park, any time before closing.
Can I cancel or change the booking?
Cancellation depends on the selected room and rate: it may allow free cancellation until a deadline, cancellation with a fee, or be non-refundable. The exact rule is shown before payment.
Which extra expenses may apply?
Prepare a refundable hotel deposit, normally VND 1–3 million depending on the room or villa. Travel to mainland reception, Zipline, park Fast Track passes, meals outside the rate, park food at approximately USD 3–7 per dish, personal expenses and rentals are extra.
