About the tour

Description

Discover Cambodia — a land of ancient temples, great history and remarkable traditions.

The journey begins with a transfer from your hotel to Cam Ranh Airport and a flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, guests board a comfortable sleeper bus with individual berths and set off on an overnight ride to Siem Reap.

In the morning, after arrival, we take guests to the hotel. There will be time to check in, shower, change and rest after the journey. Then guests have breakfast and meet their Russian-speaking guide.

The first sightseeing day is dedicated to the legendary Angkor Wat — the main symbol of Cambodia and one of the greatest temple complexes in the world. After learning about the history of the Khmer Empire, guests visit the genocide museum, where they learn about the tragic events of the country's past. This is followed by lunch, rest at the hotel, dinner and a free evening. You can stay at the hotel or explore Siem Reap on your own.

On the second day, after breakfast, the guide picks guests up from the hotel. First we visit the APOPO centre, where specially trained rats help detect landmines and save human lives. Then we head to Tonle Sap Lake to see the floating villages and get to know the unusual way of life of the local people.

After the tour, guests have lunch and free time to relax. In the evening there is dinner, after which the group boards the sleeper bus back to Ho Chi Minh City.

On arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, guests are met by a transfer and taken to the airport. The journey ends with a flight to Nha Trang and return to the hotels.

Everything you need is included in the price: flights, sleeper bus tickets, accommodation, transfers, a Russian-speaking guide, sightseeing transport, entrance tickets, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and organisational support.

The order of visits may be changed by the guide depending on the weather, traffic, opening hours of the sites and other organisational circumstances. The main sights and the overall content of the programme remain the same.
