Crazy House
Далат знаменит своим «Сумасшедшим домом» («Crazy House»). Одна весьма эксцентричная вьетнамка – мадам Данг Вьет Нга, решила создать этот необычный отель-музей. Она получила высшее архитектурное образование еще в СССР, а потом путешествовала по Испании. Все это очень повлияло на ее художественное видение и воплотилось в амбициозном, интересном и необычном проекте «Crazy House».

Пагода Linh Phuoc
Наша экскурсия в Далат позволит увидеть храм Линь Фуок (Linh Phuoc Pagoda). Все постройки этого храмового комплекса украшены мозаикой. А еще в храме есть колокол исполнения желаний. Целый ритуал: написать свое самое заветное желание на листочке, приклеить к колоколу и ударить в него. Говорят, что если человек чего-то искренне и очень сильно хочет, то это обязательно исполнится.

How long is the drive from Nha Trang to Dalat?
About 3 hours each way, with three stops of 10–15 minutes.
Do you pick up from hotels outside the city, for example in Cam Ranh?
Yes, we pick up from remote hotels for an extra transfer fee for the whole group, round trip:
— Hotels near Cam Ranh Airport: 40 USD
— Amiana: 20 USD
— Diamond Bay (outside the city): 30 USD
Pickup from hotels in the centre, south and north of Nha Trang is free.
How do children handle the road to Dalat?
Usually better than adults: in 12 years of running this tour, adults have got carsick more often than children.
Dalat for 1 day or 2 days — which is better?
Two days is more relaxed, but you will enjoy one day too. Choose by the length of your holiday: up to 10–11 days, take the 1-day tour; for a longer holiday, take the 2-day tour.
What time do we leave Nha Trang for Dalat?
Around 7 am. After a short pickup from hotels, it is a 3-hour drive to Dalat with 2–3 stops for the views, the coffee plantations and a break from the road.
Why does your Dalat tour cost more than tours sold on the street?
We work in small groups of 6 to 10 people with experienced guides, skip tourist shops and include everything except meals. We stop only at good, proven cafés where you order from the menu. Our guests’ reviews over 12 years speak for the quality.
What should I bring to Dalat?
A warm sweater or windbreaker, clothes covering shoulders and knees for the pagoda, comfortable shoes and cash for lunch. If you get carsick on mountain roads, bring motion-sickness tablets.
Will I get carsick, and how can I prepare?
The road climbs a mountain pass, but our drivers are careful and there are stops on the way. If you are sensitive, take a motion-sickness tablet about 30 minutes before departure, sit near the front and avoid reading on the road. In our experience adults get carsick more often than children.
Can you pick me up from Cam Ranh, Doc Let or another hotel outside the city?
Yes, with a round-trip surcharge for the car: Cam Ranh 40 USD, Doc Let or Zoc Let 60 USD, Amiana 20 USD, Diamond Bay 30 USD. Transfer from the centre, south and north of Nha Trang is included.
When is the 2-day Dalat tour the better choice?
If your holiday allows, the 2-day format is calmer: less rushing, more time in the city and Dalat in the evening. For a short holiday of up to 10–11 days, the 1-day tour is usually enough. Compare on the Dalat 2 days page.
