This is not just a “food” excursion, but a master class in Vietnamese life. We will show you where it’s tasty, safe and inexpensive, so that later you can safely walk around the cafe yourself.

Delicious route

17:00 – View and Aperitif: We start at a restaurant on the mountain. Sunset, panorama of the island and a light smoothie to set the mood. 17:30 – Bánh Xèo: Let's try the famous crispy pancake. You will find out why it is eaten with your hands and not with a fork, and what is the difference between a “correct” pancake. 18:30 – Seafood: We go to a restaurant with the freshest seafood. The guide will tell you what to order and what not to order. 19:30 – Legendary Pho Bo: Vietnamese classic. Let's find out how to make soup even tastier with the help of additives. 20:15 – Dessert “Che”: The sweet spot of the evening is a refreshing traditional dessert.

Спасибо Алексею за удивительно вкусный и познавательный Гастрономический тур!!! Было все на высшем уровне от трансфера до красивейших и самобытных мест острова Фукуок. Традиционная вьетнамская еда, свежайшие морепродукты и великолепный закат!!! Особенно приятно, что находясь во Вьетнаме не первый раз, некоторые блюда, для нас, были настоящим открытием!
