The installation profile is issued after confirmed payment and supplier fulfilment. The bank-payment QR and the eSIM installation QR are different codes. Check your order status in the client portal.

How should I prepare for installation?
Use stable Wi-Fi, confirm eSIM compatibility and follow your order’s installation instructions. Do not delete an installed profile because of a temporary loss of service: reinstallation may be restricted.
Which currency will I pay in?
Plan prices are listed in USD; our current checkout takes payment in RUB. The final amount and available payment method are shown before order confirmation. A price for one eSIM does not include a second device.
