About the tour

Description

We set off from Phu Quoc to Cambodia to see the temples of Angkor, get to know life on Tonle Sap Lake and spend an evening over dinner with a show.

The journey is simpler and more comfortable: no ferry and no unnecessary bus changes. We fly to Ho Chi Minh City, then travel to Siem Reap on an overnight VIP sleeper bus with berths.

On arrival — hotel check-in, breakfast and a tour. Angkor Wat, the stone faces of Bayon and Ta Prohm with tree roots among ancient walls await us. After lunch — time to relax at the hotel with its pool and spa; in the evening — dinner and a show.

On the second day, after breakfast, we visit Tonle Sap Lake and the war museum. After lunch and dinner we take the overnight bus to Ho Chi Minh City, and from there fly back to Phu Quoc.

The route is already planned, and flights, the bus, transfers, the hotel, meals and guided tours are included in the price. All you have to do is enjoy the trip — we take care of the organisation. The visa is paid separately.

Good to know

What hand luggage is included in the flight?
Hand luggage up to 7 kg per person. If you need extra baggage, check the terms when booking.
What documents do I need for the trip?
A passport valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry into Cambodia.
How do I get a Cambodian visa and how much does it cost?
You can get a visa at the border or apply online in advance. For participants of our tour it costs 35–40 $ or 1,000,000 Vietnamese dong. The visa is paid separately.
What should I wear to visit the temples?
Shoulders and knees must be covered. A light T-shirt with sleeves, long trousers or a below-the-knee skirt are suitable. Clothing must not be see-through.
What shoes should I bring?
Comfortable dark shoes you don't mind getting dirty. The red clay on the paths can leave noticeable marks, especially on light-coloured shoes.
What else should I bring?
Swimwear for the pool, mosquito spray, sunscreen, a hat and money for personal expenses.
